One of the many books Palm Beach Central students are required to read is “Beautiful Souls” by Eyal Press. It is a wonderful book about being an "upstander". The first time that the book was used for teaching, Holocaust Studies teacher Maureen Holtzer, contacted Mr. Press. He was so thrilled that students were reading his book that he accepted Ms. Holtzer's invitation to come to Florida to speak to the student body. 

On the tail end of the Sandusky scandal, this book became required reading for many freshman entering college. inSIGHT was kind enough to provide the funding to bring Mr. Press to our school. We have since formed a relationship with him and he returned this past semester to speak with our students and the community once again.
