ABOUT THE EVENT:
Rachael McClinton, artistic director of Living Voices, who brought us the phenomenal Anne Frank Story, Through the Eyes of a Friend, will now perform Island of Hope for our inSIGHT audience. This production will be presented to more than 5,000 students and was made possible by a grant from inSIGHT. These productions uniquely engage audiences through interactive experiences to bring to life important historical events.
This story is told from the viewpoint of a young girl immigrating with her family to America through Ellis Island as they desperately try to escape oppression.
