Holocaust Survivor School Visits

The Holocaust Survivor School Visits program brings survivors into classrooms, giving students the rare and powerful opportunity to hear firsthand accounts of survival, resilience, and hope. These visits create unforgettable moments where history is no longer confined to textbooks but shared directly by those who lived it, leaving a lasting impact on young audiences. By listening to survivors’ stories, students gain a deeper understanding of the Holocaust and its lessons, while also being encouraged to reflect on the importance of tolerance, respect, and moral courage in their own lives.

To make these visits possible, the program provides the essential transportation survivors need to travel safely and comfortably to schools throughout the community. While this logistical support is critical, the heart of the program lies in the transformative connections made between survivors and students. Each encounter ensures that the legacy of the Holocaust is preserved, remembered, and carried forward by the next generation.
