Centropa European Study

A unique and transformative program that brings together educators from around the world to exchange ideas, create innovative lesson plans, and share best practices in teaching complex historical topics, particularly related to Jewish history and the Holocaust. By exploring cities rich in historical significance like Berlin and engaging with local experts, teachers enhance their understanding and develop teaching materials that resonate with students from various cultural backgrounds. This program fosters a global community of educators committed to promoting international understanding and sharing knowledge, transcending national narratives, and promoting a more open-minded and inclusive approach to history education.

If you want to get to a person’s head, then go through his heart. This applies, 100%, to both educators and students, and this entire summer program understood this. And I thank you for it.
